About the event
We run tailor-made workshops for those who wish to learn more about food waste in a fun, interactive environment. Workshops are important tools that not only heighten consciousnesses on food waste, but share skills that teach participants how to practice food conservation in the kitchen at home.
Our workshops for educational institutions vary accordingly to the level of education, from primary school children over secondary school pupils to university students. For primary school children for example we could organise a session of 3 - 4 hours, during which the children gain an understanding of the scope of the issue and their position within it, with the intention of making them feel both responsible and empowered as the future generation. These learning outcomes are striven towards through interactive and playful in-class interactions, such as baking a cake together and testing their senses.
