Vegetable Transformation Workshop
Join us and learn how to revive wilting vegetables and vegetables and ends.
During the workshop, these will be upcycled into products such as Kimchi, sauerkraut, pickled vegetables, fermented vegetable pastes.

Fruit Transformation: Jams, Chutney and More...
Join us to transform waste such as overripe fruits, fruit peels and fruit cores. These will be upcycled into products such as jams, chutneys, fruit leather and infused vinegars during the workshop.

Herbs and Aromatics: Sauces, Pestos and Infused Oils
Join us to transform waste such as herb stems (used to flavour pesto and oils), vegetable tops, garlic peels and onion skins (used in broths for added flavor). These will be upcycled into products such as chimichurri, herb-infused oils, vegetable scrap broths and savory spreads.

Bread and Grains: Croutons, Breadcrumbs and Grain Bowls
Join us to transform waste such as stale bread and leftover cooked grains. The aim is to upcycle these into products such as croutons, breadcrumbs, savory bread puddings and grain-based salads or bowls.

Beyond Food Resourcefulness Kit: Natural Dyes and Seed Starters
This workshop targets waste such as Onion skins (dye), avocado pits (dye), eggshells (calcium source) and coffee grounds (fertilizer). These forms of waste will be used to make products such as natural dyes for fabric or paper, seed starter pots and soil amendments.
