Our Team.

Taste Before You Waste is a living organization (organism) growing and flowing through the members.  The root of TBYW is sustainability, and that is common amongst all of us on the team.  However, we are each unique in our background/experience & focus.  Collectively,  we shape the foundation.

Join us as a coordinator!

We are currently looking for two new coordinators to join our team!

We are looking to fill two positions with people willing to commit weekly to working in these roles for the remainder of our second semester of 2025 (November 1 - December 19, 2025) with the possibility to extend into the 2026 first semester (January - June).

  • Directing volunteers (along with the Menu Coordinator) about what they need to prepare for food, how they need to set up the dining room, how to serve guests, etc.

The Dinner Coordinator and the Workshop Coordinator are two of these roles and we therefore offer volunteer pay (vrijwilligersvergoeding) for them. This is in line with Dutch rules, meaning we compensate €5.60 per hour up to €210 per month, with a maximum of €2100 per year.

If interested, please fill out this Google Form by October 10th.

We will hold interviews in the weeks after the application deadline with a swift start on November 3rd.
